We'll discuss in-depth your health history, current lifestyle, and habits. Together, we'll paint a picture of who you are emotionally, physically, and spiritually. 

I’ll explain your Ayurvedic constitution, the nature of your imbalances, and I’ll share your plan to create an optimum environment for healing. This could take the form of lifestyle, diet, sensory therapy, or herb recommendations, depending on your imbalances.

I’ll check in with you on how you’re progressing with your recommendations, and offer support in overcoming any challenges. We also might adjust your recommendations or add more depending on how you’re feeling.
